c) Gene present in rice

OsDREB1C is present not just in rice, wheat, and other grasses, but also in broad-leaved plants. The gene, known as OsDREB1C, encodes proteins that control other genes involved in photosynthesis and nitrogen use. Tweaks to the genetically modified (GM) rice improved photosynthesis, sped up flowering and helped the plant to absorb nitrogen more efficiently.

c) Reserve Bank of India

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) published an article titled “Privatisation of Public Sector Banks: An Alternate Perspective” in the August 2022 issue of its bulletin.

The Indian Air Force, with its four Sukhoi-30 MKI fighter jets and two C-17 heavy-lift aircraft joined the ‘Pitch Black’ exercise.
